Hey there! Are you looking for a way to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being? Well, you've come to the right place! I'm Anastasia, a yoga trainer based in New Zealand with a passion for helping people feel their best.

I've been practicing yoga since 2015 and completed a 200-hour YTT in Ashtanga Yoga from Bali, Indonesia. I also enjoy teaching Vinyasa Power yoga - a fun and dynamic style that will leave you feeling strong and energized.
